Orders placed on Shopbindaas are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
In certain situations such as high order volume, product availability issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and dispatch may take additional time.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
We strive to deliver products across India as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and service availability.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

4. ORDER TRACKING

5. HOME VISIT SERVICE POLICY
Shopbindaas offers a special Home Visit Service for selected categories at some specific pin codes such as:
Mobile Covers
Back Covers
Tempered Glass
Mobile Accessories
Under this service, customers can book a home visit and try products before purchasing.
Service Terms:
A ₹29 booking charge is applicable for every home visit booking.
If the customer purchases any product during the visit, the ₹29 booking amount will be adjusted in the final bill.
If the customer chooses not to purchase any product, the ₹29 amount will be treated as convenience/service charges and will not be refunded.
Home Visit Service availability may vary depending on city, area, staff availability, and service coverage.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times based on courier policies.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled or returned.
Additional re-delivery charges may apply in some cases.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
While Shopbindaas strives to deliver all orders within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Logistics or transportation issues
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Technical issues
High order volume or festive demand
Remote location accessibility
Delay Liability Clause
In case of any delay in delivery:
Customers agree that no additional claims, penalties, compensation requests, or conditions shall be imposed on Shopbindaas due to such delays.
Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimated only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Shopbindaas shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, inconvenience, damages, or business interruption caused due to delayed deliveries.
Any form of pressure, legal enforcement, or customer-imposed conditions related to delivery delays shall not be considered valid or binding upon Shopbindaas.
We appreciate customer patience and understanding in such situations.
8. DAMAGED, OPEN, OR MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
Customers are advised to inspect their package carefully at the time of delivery.

11. CANCELLATION OF SHIPPED ORDERS
Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation requests after dispatch may be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
